Mr Very pleased with the end results despite the COVID 19 Lockdown and the weather. Luke persisted chasing suppliers when it seemed that my new doors would never arrive. Very pleased with outside outside steps into the garden. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys on site were very friendly and approachable. Will certainly use Luke again.

I can highly recommend this company and luke as a very reliable, high standard of work and good attention to detail . We bought a very tired 1967 bungalow and both luke and Lewis smith ( architect) have created and made our dream home come true. What was a brain wave in the middle of the night, they listened to our ideas and developed them, enhanced them , and then performed the transformation. We are absolutely delighted with it. The team are awesome, all work together and have been brilliant every step of the way. Many thank you all involved, we are amazed by the whole journey of the build . It wasn’t without its problems…… ( concrete under floor boards from previous diy! Not luke)and budget smashed! I was banned from any more questions to the team!!! We can honestly say the stress has been well worth it . We look forward to living the dream!!

First Class Workmanship Luke just has to be the tidiest workman in the South West. A new made to measure stainless steel stair bannister installed with no mess. Seventy Two feet of replacement garden fence installed again with no mess. All completed on the same day, and at the quote given weeks before. We have no hesitation in giving Luke’s company five stars.

Replacement steps to front door and new hand rail. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard and would recommend Luke and his team without hesitation.

Sitting room Luke and his team did a great repair on our sitting room ceiling and we are very pleased with the end result, we would always recommend him to anybody.

Great Work – really pleased. It sounded so simple – let’s knock down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and swap everything around! Luke and his team made the job possible and carried it out with great efficiency and patience (the kitchen supplier was a very big disappointment & caused delays which Luke had to deal with). The removal of the thick, brick chimney was a test of planning, skill & knowledge together with pure brute force. New lintels had to be put in and we have had bi-fold doors installed, new engineered wood floor, a new boiler, lighting and new bespoke storage under the stairs. All the work has been finished to a high standard including the paintwork. Luke & the team cleaned up before they left each day, had a high attention to detail and the final finish was everything we hoped it would be. We would recommend Luke and his team for any building work, kitchen fitting, etc.

Would not hesitate to recommend Luke and his team at LS Building Services. We have just used them to build a timber-clad, block-built workshop/garage/carport together with walling, fencing and landscaping work. Throughout our project they have been extremely reliable, proactive, tidy, and respectful. Workmanship has been excellent throughout. Luke’s advice and project management was superb. Like most things in life you get what you pay for and we are really pleased with the end result.

Bathroom LS Building Services carried out the conversion of our bathroom to a shower room. The work was to an extremely high standard. Staff were polite and listened to everything we had to say. An excellent job and I would have no hesitation recommending to other people.

Mrs I wanted and new kitchen and needed more space . Luke was very professional and knowledgable. The wall was knocked down between the kitchen and garage. He then rebuilt and insulated the wall still leaving me a good storage space in the garage. The kitchen looks amazing, I am so pleased with it. The quality of work was top class and nothing was too much trouble. I also used him to do other jobs around the house too and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else needing any work done. Wardrobe conversion. Luke at LS Building Services provided my wife and I an estimate for the conversion of a fitted bedroom wardrobe to a small second toilet/hand-basin room to our size specification. Luke and his fellow craftsmen completed the job having put in four solid days work, consulting and listening as necessary. My wife and I were super impressed by the workmanship and are delighted with the end product.

Luke review Luke is so optimistic it’s untrue. As he starts the job he says there’s nothing to worry about – and there isn’t just as long as long as Luke is around. Luke is my hero.
