Bathroom LS Building Services carried out the conversion of our bathroom to a shower room. The work was to an extremely high standard. Staff were polite and listened to everything we had to say. An excellent job and I would have no hesitation recommending to other people.

Professional Service Several years ago when Luke came to my property as a sub contractor to replace guttering, barge boards, upvc work; his quality of work & professionalism, stood out from the main contractor who was re roofing my property, even back then. Therefore, I had no hesitation to ask Luke to take on replacing a flat roof. He came up with a practical, cost effective way to fill in a redundant skylight. A few years later, he took on part of a larger renovation (reconfiguring & installing internal walls, doorways, walk in cupboard, replacing floors/ceilings) – I was again very pleased with the work. Recently, the kitchen fitter in his team worked miracles to make good someone else’s bad job. The issues the original kitchen fitter had installing a small kitchen with integrated appliances, which I paid him for 10 days, this fitter sorted out in less than 3 days! The rest of the team fitted internal doors, skirting, sliding doors, a difficult kitchen island, plastering, etc) Luke comes up with good ideas to help your designs come to life. His quote may not be the cheapest you will be offered but I can fully recommend his workmanship, prompt communications, invoicing, reliability, politeness & leaving the site tidy…..I wish him & the guys who work with him every success in the future.

Highly recommend Luke, he fitted a new kitchen for us the week before Christmas! He went out of his way to help us, nothing was too much trouble, carried out all work quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard! He’s very friendly, polite an all round great guy, would not want to use anyone else in the future! Already lined him up to do lots more work on our property & definitely recommend him to family and friends 👍

Luke and the team have now done two jobs for us and the results have been spectacular. They are careful, thorough, diligent and always communicate well so we were informed and up to date with all that was happening and any changes. I can’t recommend this company enough. Sitting room Luke and his team did a great repair on our sitting room ceiling and we are very pleased with the end result, we would always recommend him to anybody.

Wardrobe conversion. Luke at LS Building Services provided my wife and I an estimate for the conversion of a fitted bedroom wardrobe to a small second toilet/hand-basin room to our size specification. Luke and his fellow craftsmen completed the job having put in four solid days work, consulting and listening as necessary. My wife and I were super impressed by the workmanship and are delighted with the end product.

Property renovations I have used Ls Building Services on several different property renovations and I could not be happier with the work provided by Luke. On each occasion, Luke has delivered a high quality finish both on time and within budget. Trades people of this quality and professionalism are certainly not easy to come by and, for that reason, I would happily recommend Luke Smith to anybody!

Great Work – really pleased. It sounded so simple – let’s knock down the wall between the kitchen and the dining room and swap everything around! Luke and his team made the job possible and carried it out with great efficiency and patience (the kitchen supplier was a very big disappointment & caused delays which Luke had to deal with). The removal of the thick, brick chimney was a test of planning, skill & knowledge together with pure brute force. New lintels had to be put in and we have had bi-fold doors installed, new engineered wood floor, a new boiler, lighting and new bespoke storage under the stairs. All the work has been finished to a high standard including the paintwork. Luke & the team cleaned up before they left each day, had a high attention to detail and the final finish was everything we hoped it would be. We would recommend Luke and his team for any building work, kitchen fitting, etc.

Jacqui Delaloye I used LS Building services to repair/refurbish a leaking flat roof to a balcony, to replace the balcony balustrade and to repaint the house exterior. This was done during lockdown of Spring 2020. I have been very pleased with the work Luke has done. He is very professional, polite and highly reliable and he is also an excellent communicator. I always knew exactly what to expect, and when each stage of the work was going to take place (through lockdown this was quite a feat!) and Luke and his team have done a very good job. Complete Cottage Renovation – Georgeham Luke and his team have done t=nothing short of work miracles and turns our shabby and tired 16th century cottage into our dream home.

They have been with us from the start, helped with the design, building regs and plans, worked brilliantly with the architect and all the officials to make this into a reality.

We went away for a holiday during which Luke was calm and made sure any issues were dealt with respectfully and quickly.

The house is now a remarkable transformation, everyone who comes to visit asks who has done this work and is so complimentary about the finish and the design.

Mr Very pleased with the end results despite the COVID 19 Lockdown and the weather. Luke persisted chasing suppliers when it seemed that my new doors would never arrive. Very pleased with outside outside steps into the garden. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys on site were very friendly and approachable. Will certainly use Luke again.

We have just used them to build a timber-clad, block-built workshop/garage/carport together with walling, fencing and landscaping work. Throughout our project they have been extremely reliable, proactive, tidy, and respectful. Workmanship has been excellent throughout. Luke’s advice and project management was superb. Garage Roof Dear Luke,
Thank you for your skilful, swift replacement of my dodgy garage roof.
Having Storm Damage on the night of 26th December 2020, resulting in my Gas and Electric Metres being exposed to the weather was frightening for me. The adjacent House where I live depends entirely on those metres working.
You acted urgently and efficiently to make my dwelling safe.
Added to our concerns was the fact that the nation is now in Lockdown, meaning that supplies of materials and people to work may be in short, if any, supply.
